Horrible. One minute and cut off. Use to be able to work on my own systems remotely but no more. Will have to look at a different product

I just started using this to monitor apps on my phone that are running at my computer at home. So far so great! This is a cool app.

Trying to log in for the first time took me 2 hours! I would get a confirmation email then before I could log in it would say invalid code. I had to have it send 5 emails to validate. Then trying to add a device I had to do that 3 times

TeamViewer is excellent on the desktop but I find it to be less responsive from the iPad. For example, when selecting objects or menu items, I find that I often need to click more than once before the remote computer responds. This does not happen from desktop.

Can’t sign in

We are an emergency communications, community service and Amateur Radio association. We wanted to utilize team viewer on our remote radio communication repeater network. After several seasons, we of course get locked, Teamviewer asking for $$$. Yet… supposedly there is a “free” version. Not so. Dissatisfied

I am not commercially connecting to another computer they are my computers in two locations. I am running model trains in a bldg 800 yards away. Private game play i should not haveto upgrade

I used to love this app. Now you need a password, encryption key, and all kinds of stuff just to remote in. In addition if it goes idle for a few minutes you have to go through it all over again. Very frustrating!

I legit only use this to control videos streaming to my tv or check emails from bed on my desktop PC. The warnings about commercial use resulting in a 5-minute time limit are really annoying. Makes me miss realVNC.

I used to use this app to remotely login to my PC from my phone, but now i keep getting kicked out with a pop up then telling me to sign up for a business plan. It no longer is useful for personal use since even logging into your home pc flags your connection as a business account.

Service is great until you’re kicked off. I’ve always used teamviewer to access my home pc when away and in recent years I’m kicked off over and over in the effort to get me to switch to business plan. If I was a business I would. Great if you need 2 mins access for free lol

Absolute garbage app, coded by incompetent people, accuses you of commercial use for using it once in a while for personal use, can’t seem to figure out if you’re logged in or not, has all sorts of new bugs all of a sudden. Why would I even pay when it’s such garbage? Amateurs

They say it’s free but they are quick to accuse you of business use. Nothing but a shakedown.

New update has short sessions timeout. Can’t even last for a minute. This app is becoming useless 🧐

While this might be a fine tool for occasional tech support, my goal is to find a replacement for Parallels Access that lets me work on my Mac through my iPad. The issue is that keys typed on a Bluetooth keyboard connected to the iPad are not sent faithfully to the target Mac, so I can’t type control + A for example, it’s just not recognized by the target Mac being controlled. I welcome the developers to fix this issue, and accurately send ALL keys to the target computer being controlled.

TeamViewer app is a brick after update. Someone decided to make the app “look pretty” but now I’m stuck in a never ending login loop; can’t use the app. Does anyone test this stuff first or do you just release to the public to figure it out for you?

Unreliable and with each version it releases it becomes more unfriendly and complicated .

I leave a negative 5 star rating. They make it nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. They will take your money and won’t refund it. Even if you tell them you won’t be using the subscription. They don’t play fare and do not have any compassion. Be aware of your bank account when using this subscription.

Logs you out after a minute unless you pay for a business plan that is $50 a month there isn’t an individual plan option either just more expensive ones.

It’s one of the worst company to deal with. If you’ve got a paid services make sure to cancel it before 30 days or they will keep sending you extortion emails and will keep harassing you and threatening you. I have paid twice in this situation since they will never send any reminder before it’s time for annual renewal. I’ve already warned you’ll.

Clicks on ipad trackpad don't register most of the time.

Bought business version and it can’t even connect to devices half the time. So many issues and problems

Being stuck at work, I wanted to chill and play some of my basic games. You will need to set a admin password in your settings so you can control your pc anywhere without a randomized passcode. After that it was cake and FREE.

they want you to buy a 700$ subscription for there service when it used to be free!!!! I remote into my personal computer from my tablet when i am away from my desk to do things for myself while i am away from home and kick it off and lock you out for an unreasonable amount of time if their AI suspects it to be “business”

Some of the policy changes recently are bad. I repeatedly get booted off while helping my mom. Tim Mueller has come back and said that I’m suspected of using it for commercial services. I log into two different computers using this app. One is my mother‘s, the other is a cousins. These are the only two computers I log into with us and as soon as I login and get connected. I get booted off because they say I’m using it for commercial services

Want all your info just to connect to your own systems

TeamViewer is an excellent Remote Desktop program BUT, I only use it to help family and friends, especially my 92 year old dad and 91 year old mom. I’m not using it to make any profit with but TeamViewer keeps messing with my account saying I need to buy a license or a subscription and I don’t need that. I’M USING IT FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY SO STOP MESSING WITH MY ACCOUNT!!!

Could not connect to help my old and sick mother overseas. I was logged off after a couple of minutes. Please help

Great app

It is VERY complicated to login. Way too many steps. We used gotomypc before and it was so easy

I’ve used this and LogMeIn. LogMeIn is simple and things just work. TeamViewer has tons of proprietary jargon that is not define anywhere with info buttons or in the help me menu. So much set up work to do basic things and just when I thought things were working and left the state that my remote computer is in, the computer reads as offline. It is not offline however, I can see that it is on via a security camera but I can not log in! What a pain.

Constantly having Error codes saying it can’t connect for “Unknown reason”

Always saying the remote pc is “ offline” even when its not. This app is just a nightmare

You MAY be able to use this without a commercial license if not being used for a business. But don't worry, EVERYTHING to TeamViewer MUST be a business. Remoting into a local machine on my PERSONAL PROPERTY is a business according to TeamViewer. Garbage service, garbage people.

TeamViewer has saved me so much time!

This is the worst remote computer program. It lets me sign into a remote computer and then signs me out with in a minute. I can't do anything in a minute. What a waste of my time and a terrible program. You can’t even contact a person for technical help to fix this issue with out paying hundreds of dollars for a license.

If you want to be locked out while away and told you’re a commercial user when you’re not so they can try to fleece you for access then by all means use this.

Can’t even connect to my treadmill because it keeps putting a space in between the first numbers doesn’t work

Only allows you to connect for 1 min or buy a professional license for $600.

You provided this service for free and my experience connecting to PCs has been an EXCELLENT experience. Thank you.
